How home moving in Baku is organised
Home moving is not just taking things from one address to another — most of the process happens before the truck arrives and after unloading. When accepting the order, Yük.az confirms the number of rooms, the floor, whether there is a lift and the distance; the amount is calculated from exactly this information and does not change when the move is finished.
The crew arrives at the address with packing materials. Wardrobes, beds and kitchen units are disassembled, and the screws are collected in separate labelled bags so nothing has to be searched for at the new address. Upholstered furniture is wrapped in stretch film, mirrors and glass surfaces are protected with bubble wrap, and TVs and household appliances are packed separately.
In apartment moves, most time is lost in buildings without a lift. That is why the floor is asked on the call: if there is no lift or the furniture does not fit through the lift door, an extra mover is added to the crew. This is included in the agreed price — no extra payment is requested at the address.
At the new address the job doesn’t end with unloading: the furniture is reassembled, boxes are distributed to the rooms and placed where you point.
